Former Training and Recruitment manager and former higher education educator.

I assist people with healing plant journeys through one on ones or group sessions, retreats and workshops to raise their awareness raise awareness of self and spirit so that people may choose to have a spiritual breakthrough and evolve.

I have been hosted on 3 radio stations in South Africa (94.7, SAfm and TuksRadio).

I have been recognised for my work and variety of studies in published articles:
  – By Clicks Club Card magazine(fourth edition 2022) on boundaries with the In-Laws.
  – The art of doing Nothing, and Portfolio career and skills development by the Sunday Times ZA’s Self Development magazine.

My specialty is one on one transformational coaching through plant journeys mainly focused on traumas, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, treatment resistant depression and anxiety, self-sabotage, people thinking of career change and just feeling emotionally stuck or lost. I also hold workshops
(without plant medicine), retreats and group sessions.

Call to Self, my company, runs a 7-8 week Emotional Intelligence workshops with exercise book and a variety of other topics for private adults or the corporate world. I also hold workshops on meaning, purpose and assessments with UK based where one draws their energy from using the Game Changer (coupled with another company). Our focus is for TVET college students and high schools.
